Many customers want to have the ability to download the MP4 video file associated with a meeting. 

For this Sliq has the "Download Media" button that is accessible from either the internal Harmony machine or the public xrender site. 

The internal Harmony site download media is for customers who only want their internal users to have access to the MP4 for download. 

The public xrender site download media is for customers who want to offer this ability to the general public.

The decision as to which version your specific instance uses was made during contract negotiations and is part of your Sliq streaming package.
