For hardware upgrades, system upgrades or complete updates to newer versions, Sliq Support will need to know the current set of applications.

GoToAssist - Diagnostics View

When support has access to the systems, Logmein GoToAssist offers a Diagnostic tools which gives us the list of Installed Applications. 



Although, when this is not possible or if you are already on the system you want to work with, the easiest and quickest way to provide the version information back to our support teams is through the Add/Remove Programs under Control Panel.


You can access this menu by going in the Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs, but also through "Start Button + Run" and launch "appwiz.cpl" :



And provide the list of all "Sliq" related applications :
