If your system has the Media Ingest feature you will be able to replace the video that is recorded on the system with a new video.

Here are the steps



Navigate to the meeting you want to add or replace the media on.

Choose the Media Ingest button


 


On the Ingest screen you will be presented with following information to fill out


  1. Choose the new file you want to load
  2. The meeting start date and time should be filled in but you can change them.
  3. Choose whether you want to generate CC for this video.
  4. Leave the Do Not Use last modified time of file CHECKED. This feature is for use only when you want the file properties to dictate the start time.
  5. Click upload Upload
  6. Once the Upload has finished
  7. Click OK
  8. Done.


The file will upload, transcode, generate CC (if checked) and make the VOD available. The process usually takes about 20mins per hour of video.
