To reset a user password in Harmony an Administrator needs to log into Harmony and edit the password. The process starts with accessing the Administration section of Harmony by clicking on the Administrate button.

Click Users

Click Edit button on the user who's password you want to change. 

Choose Set Password

Fill in the passwords

Click Save
