Have meeting open >> Control >> Advanced >> Go >> At “Actual Start Time”, manually keep same date and change the start time by one second from original.

At “Actual End Time”, change the date and end time to the time you want to crop to.

Click OK

The Reassemble window comes up with the “All” box checked.

Click Reassemble

This will replace the file in Archived to the cropped one and when people go on line to watch it, they will see the cropped stream.
